2025: A Landmark Year for Waterfront Training Solutions

2025 marked a major milestone for Waterfront Training Solutions. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), our mission has always been clear: optimize the federal workforce through meticulous analysis, modernized training, and tailored solutions built for real mission requirements. This year, we took that mission to the next level.

But while contract awards and vehicle access tend to make the headlines, they are only part of the story. Behind every win is a team that has worked relentlessly to scale internal operations, refine methodologies, strengthen our culture, and support one another. Those “quiet wins” are what make delivery possible and what ultimately earns trust in the field.

As we head into 2026, we’re proud to share the highlights that defined our growth.

Uncompromising Quality and Security

Our work supports mission-critical outcomes, so quality and security are non-negotiable. In 2025, we made meaningful progress in strengthening our internal standards and readiness posture.

Key achievements included:

  • Successfully completed our CMMC Level 2 self-assessment with a strong SPRS score.
  • Progressing toward ISO Certification to reinforce our commitment to world-class delivery.

These milestones reflect more than compliance. They represent our focus on building durable systems and practices that support high-performing teams and secure execution from day one.

Contract Awards and Vehicle Access

2025 was also a strong year for contract momentum and improved pathways for agencies to procure WTS services. We expanded access, strengthened delivery continuity, and earned new opportunities to support federal missions.

Highlights included:

  • Awarded a spot on the NETC MAC.
  • Awarded a continuation of our critical work with OPNAV N13M5.
  • Awarded a Prime contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
  • Secured our GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) on July 8, 2025.
    • Contract # 47QRAA25D00BG
  • Expanded our reach as a subcontractor on multiple SeaPort NxG contract vehicles.

For our partners and customers, these wins mean fewer barriers to engagement and more flexibility in how WTS can support programs across training, workforce readiness, cybersecurity and IT, staffing, and engineering solutions.

Strategic Growth and Collaboration

Growth is never a solo effort. In 2025, we expanded our network and deepened collaboration across the federal ecosystem.

Highlights included:

  • Built 41+ new partnerships and professional relationships across the industry.
  • Contributed to 17 proposal teams.
  • Awaiting award decisions on 6+ submitted proposals.

These numbers represent momentum, but also trust. Collaboration is how capability scales and how teams bring stronger, more complete solutions to the mission.

Beyond the Boardroom: The Quiet Wins

External achievements matter. But the work that makes them possible often happens out of view.

Internally, our team strengthened processes, improved how we execute, and hit milestones that keep our engine running. These “quiet wins” are the foundation of the strong CPARS performance we earned this year and a key reason we can deliver with consistency across complex programs.

Thank You, and On to 2026

To our team, our partners, and our federal community: thank you. We’ve built a strong foundation together. Now it’s time to fly.

We’re looking forward to 2026 with focus, energy, and a continued commitment to delivering mission-ready results.
