Refund & Cancellation Policy
ISACA Instructor-Led Courses
Students may cancel their registration and request a full refund up to fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled course start date.
Cancellation requests received less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the course start date may be transferred to a future course offering or issued as a training credit at the discretion of Waterfront Training Solutions (WTS).
If WTS cancels or postpones a course due to insufficient enrollment or other operational requirements, registered students will be offered one of the following options:
- Transfer to a future course session
- Credit toward a future WTS course
- Full refund of all course fees paid
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
CompTIA OnDemand and CertMaster Courses
CompTIA course purchases include immediate access to digital learning content, labs, assessments, and certification preparation materials.
Because access is provided electronically, CompTIA courses are generally non-refundable once the course has been activated by the learner.
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- The course has not been activated or accessed
- The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Payment verification and enrollment status can be confirmed
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Course activation has occurred
- Course content has been accessed or partially completed
- Certification exam vouchers have been used or scheduled
- The learner’s access period has expired
