In support of Navy Career Training Continuum (CTC) initiatives, we provided subject matter expertise for the validation and continuous improvement of Career Long Learning Continuums (CLLCs) and associated training systems within the Rating Career Domain Continuum (RCDC).

Our role focused on ensuring training solutions are effective, measurable, and aligned with operational requirements.
