CHESAPEAKE, VA — Waterfront Training Solutions (WTS) is proud to announce its selection as a key team member on the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Training Products & Services (NTPS) program.
WTS joins this effort as a subcontractor to Sellers & Associates, LLC, who was awarded a position on this mission-critical $240M Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
Modernizing Fleet Readiness
The NTPS program is the Navy’s primary vehicle for the design, development, and maintenance of advanced training products. As a partner on this contract, WTS will provide specialized support in:
- Curriculum Development: Strategic planning, analysis, and maintenance of Navy learning paths.
- Advanced Simulation: Leveraging PC modeling and simulation to create high-fidelity training environments.
- Part-Task Trainers: Designing and implementing specialized tools to enhance hands-on Sailor proficiency.
Technical Execution
This award underscores WTS’s growing reputation for technical depth and reliability. To meet the complex requirements of the NTPS program, WTS continues to leverage its bench strength of Data Analysts and AI/ML Engineers, ensuring that modernized training solutions are delivered strictly on schedule and to the highest technical standards.
